Our Founder

Andrew Consolati, Founder & CEO

As Founder and CEO of AMICON Capital & Properties, Andrew leads the company's investment strategy, acquisitions, and portfolio growth. He combines a disciplined, analytical approach with a strong emphasis on building lasting relationships with investors, property owners, and industry partners.

Andrew earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Providence College and a master's degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. Before founding AMICON, he held roles at NBT Bank and Teton Management Corp., where he served as Director of Acquisitions and participated in more than $50 million in real estate transactions. A lifelong resident of the Berkshires, Andrew enjoys golfing and spending time with family, friends, and his dog, Beau.

Our Story

How AMICON began

AMICON was founded with the purchase of a single two-family property and a straightforward belief: long-term success is built through disciplined investing, responsible stewardship, and genuine relationships.

Today, that same philosophy guides a portfolio of more than 20 commercial and residential properties encompassing over 200 units. Every acquisition is selected with intention, focusing on long-term value.

While the portfolio has grown, our approach has remained unchanged. We invest with discipline, manage with care, and create lasting value for our investors, our tenants, and the communities where we invest.
